Professor of Fiqh at the College of Sharia, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University; professor in the Law Department, College of Administrative Sciences at King Saud University; and instructor of Legal Systems at the Institute of Public Administration. He has participated in seminars held by the National Guard and Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque under the supervision of His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz and Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh. He is an expert at the International Islamic Fiqh Academy and a member of the Islamic Research Academy at Al-Azhar. He has participated in conferences organized by the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Cairo. He is also a member of the Academic Council and the Research and Publishing Committee at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, a reviewer of academic publications for various local and international universities, and a researcher and author in multiple fields. His scholarly works include: Insurance Between Prohibition and Permissibility, Subcontracting Between Islamic Jurisprudence and FIDIC Contract, Organ Transplantation Between Sharia and Law, and Ijtihad and Its Role in Islamic Legislation.
